Mortgage with @MCAP. Emailed them documents at their request, cc'd hubs. They replied addressing hubs, and not me at all, even though the email came FROM ME and MY NAME is first on the documents I attached. #Gendered expectations much? Seriously, WTF!? 🙄 - 1/2

@MCAP registers it clients for additional services and then notifies them by letter that they will be charged and have to cancel the service with less than a month's notice. #unethicalsalesstrategy
