With great sadness we learned that Vivian Silver, who was considered abducted, was murdered by Hamas on Oct. 7. Vivian, founder of the Negev Institute for Strategies of Peace, was a close partner of @MASHAVIsrael fostering sustainable human economic development. May she rest in peace
