E-sports playoffs today for my students!! We have 3 competing in Mario Kart and 2 in Madden! Wish us luck!!

This is gonna sound bigger than what it is but I got invited by my graduate professor to come speak to her undergrad students about being gifted and disabled, while sharing my experiences in teaching and specifically teaching gifted students. Hopefully they enjoyed it.🧑🏾‍🏫

This semester has been hitting me on all fronts. I've made A's before but this is the first time I've got them +'s. Significant thesis process made #bitbybit #giftededucation #gradschool 3 more workdays (2 w/ students)

Hello! As you know in my 10-11 years of teaching. I've created/coached an E-sports program at the high schools I work at! I have a coworker who helped me put together a donor's choose to help grown the program. (1/2)

We love graduation season: Tonight my last class of Pelicans graduate. (These were my freshmen my last year there.) Tomorrow I got hit up to come see one of my former Pelicans graduate from LSU. Tues will see my 2nd class at McKinley graduate.

I feel so stiff and understimulated after administering a state test. I have a crystal clear idea of how my students feel about taking them. Wish us all luck this week!

Today's the day 1/2 of one of my favorite teacher traditions. During independent work time, I get to break out the Mr. Clark's "In ya feelings" playlist! It's a Valentine's day tradition! If this gets enough like, I'll drop the playlist☺️🤣

I'm in my planning period, having my own lil mini concert singing my heart out while grading happy fri. My classroom playlist has been finely crafted.

My students had a very fun day of competition. Our E-sports team made our presence felt and I am so proud of them!
