@MCsimbal @BALOJIBLO @stevenageds @olasebotifeg Shete was also doing well in Ibadan at that time sha. And as of 2014 ish, Remote was already getting known in Ibadan then. He was performing at Peteru’s comedy club. I was also going there at the time, so I kinda knew the happening guys.

“Remote brought Arole to me, nothing Remote cannot do because his father is a muslim. he started with those Alfa stuff. his father doesn’t want him to do comedy if not for his mom, even if he wants to go out for an event he always tell them at home that he’s in my place. Ali baba competition i always give Remote money to go to Lagos, the plaque he won is still in my house. i told him to use the 200k naira he won to enter school, he gained admission in Ibadan Polytechnic but he didn’t go. his first show was in a church in Sango, Remote In Control. Remote, Asiri, Arole and myself were the only comedians there. the way i planned it then, anybody that blow first will bring the other people to limelight. Arole was a prayer warrior from the start, it’s not like he just started or it’s a gimmick and he has those funny prayers points. Arole and Asiri blew first but what brought them to limelight, Remote owns it and Arole always tell him not to say it and that’s what blew Arole. i went to Arole to put Remote on and he didn’t answer but it didn’t take long Remote blew too and they met at the top. only BBO respect me after fame and he came to my house in Odo-Odan…” - MC Ambassador says.

“i met remote at a church where he came to do comedy, in 10 minutes remote can make 15 different jokes and you will laugh throughout. i called him to come and stay with me because i grow talents, remote, Arole, Asiri and BBO all lived in my house. BBO instagram was signed under me before but then i took entertainment as fun, i was working at DSTV then, if you call me for event and the money is not huge i won’t come because my salary was very huge. then i go to events like CBN, PnG and i do take BBO and remote along with me. BBO started with comedy, he always come to me to show respect after he blew up, he always come from Ogun state to Ibadan, he stated with music comedy like Kenny Blaq. even Remote that’s talking now that i made him known to the world when last did he come to my house, he has never come to my house since he has been on the limelight. where they all blew up he didn’t come here at all…” - Comedian, MC Ambassador says.

@MCsimbal @BALOJIBLO @stevenageds @olasebotifeg No mind them. I was sharing the same ETF hostel room in OAU with Arole in 2009/2010 (Block 3, room 6). Arole was already doing things then. Remote was still in secondary school.

@BALOJIBLO @stevenageds @olasebotifeg Teh for where? Arole has been since Oau (2009), when to Lagos (2013/14/15) and was on R2S soap opera, coming from Lagos to Ibadan to do stand up comedy. Forget all what this guy is saying. Peteru, Shete, Rappindaddy, Olympia, Geejokes were Ibadan’s gem then.

Secrets Of The Sands 1993 This was the first Telenovela to hit Nigerian TV in the early 90s. It aired on the NTA network and had the entire country on chokehold. It tells the story of 2 sisters - Ruth & Rachel. You just had to be there 😅
