this beautiful waterbird standing in the river, so tranquil, without any shiver

this noise of traffic cars, always present, never with scars

any grazing gorgeous cow, ain't gonna tell ya what and how

morning smiles along a casual run, more to try in this usual fun

summer noise, runner's choice, be one of the girls & boys

all this moist in the air, if only you where there

rising flocks of duck, bring windy evening run so much luck

this languid river so high, lovely run without a why

avoid these muddy pools, exploit cheesy running fools

do believe in Santa, achieve your fantasia

fuzzy rain and snow, cold eastern wind, just run and go

cars without sound, on far sighted weekly round

so long the farm, do none of harm

spring is about to bring

high rises to come and stay, any which way

things make take a while, to make you really smile

this contrast of women and men, will continue the now and then
