With winter behind us, construction season is ramping back up this month, including work on one of our bigger projects, the Silas Deane Watermain Replacement. Today our contractor (Burns) was on site to apply temporary paving on Town Line Road in Rocky Hill. Final paving and restoration for the Town Line Road portion of the project is scheduled for next month. Burns is also scheduled be on the Silas Deane in Rocky Hill on Monday, April 6 to work on trench restoration. The Wethersfield portion of the project is still in active construction with watermain install between Mill Street and Executive Square intersection. We appreciate your patience as we make this necessary major improvement to our infrastructure.

MDC offices will be closed Friday, April 3 in observance of the Good Friday Holiday. If you have a water or sewer emergency, call the MDC Command Center at (860) 278-7850 and press 1.
