Greetings from Madrid 🇪🇸I’m kicking off a new series on longevity and anti-aging. As we age, levels of melatonin, NAD+, nitric oxide, VO₂ max, NK cell function, and more begin to decline. The good news? Many of these changes can be influenced by lifestyle, exercise, nutrition, sleep, and targeted supplementation. Aging is inevitable. Accelerated decline is not. 👉 Full article here: open.substack.com/pub/drturner/p… #longevity #aging #healthylifestyle

Every 4 seconds, a testosterone-producing cell dies. This gradual decline is part of what’s known as andropause, the male equivalent of hormonal aging. And for many men, it can show up as fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, poor sleep, low motivation, and reduced muscle mass. The good news? Lifestyle interventions matter. Infrared sauna therapy may help support circulation, recovery, stress reduction, detoxification, and overall hormone health. Aging is inevitable. Feeling exhausted all the time doesn’t have to be. 🔥 #testosterone #menshealth #menshealthmatters

Chronic pain isn't always a sign of damaged tissue, it's often an overprotective nervous system. The image explains that your nervous system can keep firing protective signals even after an injury has healed because your brain learned to protect you and won't stop. This isn't "in your head," it's neuroscience. #neuroscience #medicalscience #chronicpain

You’re not “bad at handling stress.” Your nervous system just needs a reset. Start here: • Double inhale, slow exhale • Humming (stimulates your vagus nerve) • Cold water on your face Less thinking. More regulating. 🧘‍♀️ #breathing #StressFree #stressrelief #nervousystemreset

Sleep isn’t just “rest” it’s your body’s reset button for everything. When you get enough quality sleep, your mood stabilizes, your hormones regulate, and your body actually has time to repair and recharge. Cortisol (your stress hormone) comes down, while melatonin and growth hormone do their job supporting recovery, focus, and emotional balance. But when sleep is off? Mood swings hit harder. Stress feels heavier. Hunger hormones like ghrelin increase (hello cravings), while leptin drops making it harder to feel full. Even your ability to handle everyday challenges takes a hit. Good sleep = better mood, balanced hormones, stronger body, clearer mind. It’s not lazy. It’s foundational. If you’re working on your health, your energy, or your mindset start with sleep. #sleeping #sleep #healthylivingtips #holistichealth #naturalhealth

Stop letting your chronological age define your limits. 🧠 Shift your reference age. Dr. Gladden identifies as 27, and that small mindset shift is a game-changer! It influences the choices you make, the workouts you tolerate, and the future you plan for. Ask yourself better questions: "How good can I be?" and "How do I live young for a lifetime?" #MindsetMatters #Longevity #ReferenceAge #HealthGoals

🚨BREAKING: Largest Real-World Study of Ivermectin + Mebendazole in Cancer Patients Shows 84.4% Clinical Benefit — Nearly HALF Report Cancer Disappearance or Tumor Regression After just 6 months, 48.4% of cancer patients taking ivermectin and mebendazole reported NO EVIDENCE OF DISEASE (32.8%) or tumor regression (15.6%), while 36.1% reported disease stabilization⬇️ We have completed the largest real-world human analysis to date evaluating ivermectin and mebendazole in cancer patients—and the results represent one of the most compelling clinical signals ever documented for repurposed anti-parasitic therapies in oncology. The groundbreaking analysis was made possible through a unique collaboration between The Wellness Company, the McCullough Foundation, and the Chairman of the President’s Cancer Panel (Dr. Harvey Risch)—uniting real-world clinical data, frontline medical experience, and high-level epidemiologic expertise to deliver urgently needed insights in oncology. This was a real-world prospective clinical program evaluation of 197 cancer patients, with 122 completing a follow-up survey at about six months (61.9% response rate). Cancer patients were prescribed compounded ivermectin–mebendazole, with each capsule containing 25 mg ivermectin and 250 mg mebendazole—most commonly taken at 1–2 capsules per day. The cohort represented a clinically relevant population, including a wide variety cancer types, with 37.1% of patients reporting actively progressing disease at baseline and many having already undergone chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery. At six months, 84.4% of cancer patients reported clinical benefit (Clinical Benefit Ratio: 84.4% [95% CI: 77.0–89.8%]): ✅ 32.8% reported no evidence of disease (95% CI: 25.1–41.5%) ✅ 15.6% reported tumor regression (95% CI: 10.2–23.0%) ✅ 36.1% reported stable disease (95% CI: 28.1–44.9%) Treatment adherence was high, with 86.9% completing the full protocol and 66.4% remaining on therapy at six months. The regimen was well tolerated, with 25.4% reporting side effects, primarily mild and gastrointestinal, and over 93% continuing treatment despite these events. Patients were treated in real-world conditions alongside concurrent therapies, including chemotherapy (27.9%), radiation (21.3%), surgery (19.7%), supplements (49.2%), and dietary modification (37.7%), supporting use as an adjunctive approach. Together, these findings represent a large, internally consistent real-world clinical signal that supports URGENT further investigation of ivermectin and mebendazole as low-toxicity, adjunctive cancer therapies. Given the strength of the signal observed here, advancing this line of investigation is no longer optional—it is necessary. This is NOT the end. We will continue advancing this work with larger datasets to further define and validate the role of anti-parasitics in cancer outcomes. The manuscript is now available as a preprint on the Zenodo research repository, operated by the European Organization for Nuclear Research, while undergoing peer review at leading oncology journals: “Real-World Clinical Outcomes of Ivermectin and Mebendazole in Cancer Patients: Results from a Prospective Observational Cohort.” Follow @ZakariaMDv3 .

Cancer depends on a few key processes: growth signals, blood supply, inflammation, and spread. EGCG (from green tea) has been shown to interfere with all of them: • signaling • angiogenesis • metastasis • inflammation Simple compound. Complex impact. 👉 open.substack.com/pub/drturner/p… #greentea #HealthyLife

Green tea has been around for 4,000+ years. Now we’re starting to understand why. Its key compound, EGCG, interacts with inflammation, cell repair, and tumor signaling — even supporting programmed cell death in damaged cells. Simple. Consistent. Powerful. 👉 Full article here - drturner.substack.com/p/cancer-fight…

Cancer Fighter: Green tea extract (EGCG) EGCG isn’t just an antioxidant — it’s a signaling molecule that interacts with inflammation, cell repair, and tumor pathways. Research shows it can: • influence cancer cell growth • trigger apoptosis • disrupt tumor signaling Sometimes the most powerful tools are the simplest. 👉 Full breakdown here - drturner.substack.com/p/cancer-fight… #greentea #CancerAwareness

The Bible is clear: Your relationship with God has always included your body. In the Old Testament, holiness shaped what people ate, touched, and how they lived. In the New Testament, it becomes even more powerful your body is called a temple, a dwelling place for the Holy Spirit. That’s not poetry. That’s responsibility. How we live in our bodies matters to God. #christ #christians #ChristIsKing

Your body isn’t an accident. It’s a gift from God and it’s also the vehicle He gave you to carry out your calling. Think of it like your traveling companion through life. You only get one. How you treat it matters not out of fear or shame, but out of gratitude, stewardship, and purpose. Because when you take care of your body, you’re honoring the One who designed it. #faithandfitness #christianhealth #bodyasatemple #holisticfaith #stewardship
