The Honors Dance Company had a busy February! Students researched influential dance artists for Black History Month, and created presentations to inspire movement. A group of company members traveled to Prince George’s Community College for the Maryland Dance Alliance Festival.

The MDSA Performing Arts Department proudly presents the first annual spring play, “Alice in Wonderland!” Friday, March 17, at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, March 18, at 7:00 p.m. Sunday, March 19, at 2:00 p.m. All performances are in the Center for Performing Arts & Student Life.

It was wonderful to see our new Sailors at Accepted Sailors Night! The theme of the event was "Go Forward Bravely" (St. Joan of Arc). We encourage our accepted students to keep an open mind moving forward into high school, bravely welcoming all that God has in store for them.

The G.I.R.L. Club was excited to welcome our own College Counselor Erinn Colletti as our guest speaker this month. Mrs. Colletti presented our Sailors with extremely helpful job and college interview skills. Students even had the chance to practice by holding mock interviews.
