Comptroller Lierman has appointed Edward F. Wykowski III as Assistant Chief Deputy Comptroller for Revenue Operations, where he will help lead the agency’s ongoing RevOps transformation. Having previously held numerous leadership roles at the Office of the Comptroller, Wykowski brings a strong record of innovation and will partner closely with agency leadership to strengthen Maryland’s tax administration. Wykowski will work closely with Erica Roach, who was recently announced as the agency's Chief Deputy Comptroller.

Today, our office released our latest report, Maryland Industry Analysis: Health Care & the Economy. The report finds that health care is Maryland’s largest and fastest‑growing industry, employing 427,000 people and generating more new jobs than any other sector.
