AWS Outage Impacting iMap Platform Accessibility CRITICAL ALERT: Our iMap platform services (including imap.maryland.gov, data.imap.maryland.gov, and 911.maryland.gov) are currently inaccessible due to the ongoing AWS outage. Our team is working to restore service.

ESRI has reported ongoing performance issues with the ArcGIS.com system that are currently impacting the Maryland ArcGIS Online Organization. ESRI is continuing to troubleshoot. Please see status.arcgis.com for more information.

The ArcGIS.com system will be undergoing maintenance on June 25, 2025 starting at 8pm EDT until 2AM EDT. While we don't anticipate any significant downtime, you may experience some minimal disruption during this maintenance period.

For those submitting data updates to MD iMAP 3, there will be a data update blackout between 3/17 and 3/31/25 as we transition to MD iMAP 4. Please send requests for updates no later than Wednesday 3/12 so that OED has time to perform the updates before the 17th.
