Evidence from medical journals show the efficacy of the #CarnivoreDiet in a multitude of diseases across countries and time going back to the 1790’s meatrition.com/all-history

I've made lots of changes to my website. Here's a list of all the Databases in a thread. I built it as a pet project to keep track of history, science, and nutrition concerning the #CarnivoreDiet in a way where each individual argument, historical event, book, etc can be linked.

What are the best arguments for God not existing? I'm not talking about defending a lack of belief by saying "there's no evidence for God," but strong arguments in favor of the statement "God doesn't exist." When I was an atheist, I didn't pursue these arguments, because to me it was just a given that all religion was false. It was the way I was raised, it was the environment I grew up in. Now that I'm on the other side, the vast majority of what I encounter (especially here) is extremely weak tea - lack of evidence, religion is dumb, haha magic sky fairy, which god do you believe in, etc. I'd like examples of strong, intellectual atheism. I'd also genuinely like to know why the vast majority of atheists on social media don't use these strong arguments, but instead rely on weak antagonistic stuff.

@MEATritionCom @QuantumlyQuirky @sarahsalviander "Nothing happens after you die" is just as much "blind faith" if your only standard is empirical evidence Which is a midwit standard to have, anyway "Only position with evidence " no, there actually is none Consciousness persisting after death ≠ eternal hellfire exists

@MEATritionCom @sarahsalviander I disagree. God is about bringing order. God is inside of natural. We cannot know what is super-natural because we cannot prove a negative. Just because something is weird and unexpected doesn't make it unnatural.

@MEATritionCom @sarahsalviander I would argue that god is the process that brings order. If there is order there is god. "Logos" The nature of that process is up to massive debate. You are not arguing with me. Just your "theist" strawment. I haven't expressed the views you try rebutting

lol the fact that God doesn’t exist is not a miracle either way. Thanks for telling me that theists disagree with each other. Theists just use special pleading to assert one of 5,000 plus deities is the one true real one. The fact so many stories exists shows people just make shit up and lie about it. Order is just a property of nature.

@MEATritionCom @sarahsalviander Not all theists take Genesis that literally.. Many theists aren't even Christians, or Jews. The fact that anything exists in any orderly way is a miracle either way.

@MEATritionCom @sarahsalviander Are you afraid to watch it? It's not that bad. We also evolved killing and raping and enslaving each other. It's time to take the next step in evolution and outgrow those bad habits.

We evolved. Of course life is hard, it’s been that way for 4.2 billion years. I think you’re just crazy and using shit arguments to deny this obvious fact. You could try to develop courage by saying “Fuck Jesus” and waiting to see if he strikes you down. When he doesn’t, maybe you’ll grow some metaphorical balls.

I don't think we were ever meant to live in a utopia. Life is hard. Sometimes it's pointlessly cruel. I think we are eternal beings. I think we come to this physical reality to experience things that we can't in any other way. I think we come here to discover parts of ourselves. How do you develop courage if you've never faced adversity? How do you develop compassion if you've never suffered? We come here to discover and choose who and what we want to be.

Huh? Big bang was wherever hot dense state expanded outwards. Theists can’t believe in the big bang because it rejects the Bible. You have to believe in space water and flat disks and a very small world. Even admitting the sun shines on the other side of the earth is admitting god knew nothing worth our time in 2026.

@MEATritionCom @sarahsalviander The non-theists have that problem too. Some big bang thing, where everything was made out of nothing. Same problem, different names.

Well at least this time you didn't swear or insult me. 🤣 Result! I'll tell you a little story about me. My father got cancer in 2003 and died. I was devasted by this. I suffer from severe depression at the best of times, so the stress of his illness and death sent me into the loony bin; after 5 nights of not sleeping, I became psychotic. While I was in the loony bin, the doctors struggled to get me under control with drugs. Several times it took 6 male nurses to get me into the lockup cell. At that time I was a small 31 year old woman. (I'm a fat old bag now lol) The other patients were terrified. I have no memory of my behaviour whatsoever. I only know what I was told later. Apparently I was running up and down the corridors of the ward shrieking like a banshee, stark nekkid. I attacked several patients and staff. One older lady that was there, Ada, a quiet woman with dementia, apparently came up to me and gave me a Bible which I proceeded to rip to shreds. I have always been a Christian, even if I didn't believe a word in the Bible, I would never do that. I don't believe it was simply a matter of mental illness or grief. I think that when our defenses are down after something traumatic has happened to us, we become vulnerable to malevolent forces. I know you will scoff and say it was just a breakdown, but why was I so strong in that state? Why did I rip up a "holy book"? Why did I have no memory of any of this? One day my Mom came to see me. She sat on the edge of my bed. I asked her if she was Jesus. She looked at me with a strange look on her face for a few moments and then said, yes. I don't know if she lied to give me comfort, I don't even know if she was there at all. After that I had no more episodes. It's not easy for me to explain it away. People say that these things are unscientific because there have been no studies, but that was my lived experience. There are other things that have happened that are very weird but I won't bore you any longer.

Yesterday I asked for the strongest arguments in favor of the claim "there is no God." A lot of responses had to do with suffering. Atheists, help me understand why suffering is an argument against God. One thing I don't understand in particular is this: if there is no God, just a materialist universe, then how do you contextualize suffering? What is it? Is it still bad? Please help me understand this.

God is a character in a book. This is like asking me to not abandon the idea that Sauron or Voldemort exists. Voldemort exists outside of muggle time and space. Sauron exists on middle earth. The most honest thing you can say is you know God is a character. You can say that people make up gods.

Just because God exists outside of space and time, does not mean He has no ability to communicate within it. That's my whole point. The biblical people did not arrive at the idea that earth is circular on their own. I personally have problems with many parts of the Bible, but that doesn't mean I should abandon the idea that God exists. The most honest thing you can say is that you don't know whether there is anything like a God. You can't say that God doesn't exist. Do you believe that evil exists?

Gee so God doesn’t exist then. It amazes me you keep admitting God doesn’t exist. How can a bunch of barely civilized desert people know anything about a god that exists outside of space and time? They can’t. You’ve just been debunked. Your standard is any time a religion has a lucky guess it means the rest of their horseshit is true.

You still haven't haven't answered my question, you are refusing to do so because you don't know the answer, and instead you are ducking and diving, giving me facts that I already know, using bad language, being aggressive and insulting. Why? (A CD does have a curve. It's round. It's not a ball, but it's still round) A bunch of barely civilized desert people said 'circle' Why? Please answer. God exists outside of space and time. There is no 'before God'

@MEATritionCom @sarahsalviander Just because something has been done for a long time, does not mean it is morally right. We are humans, we have moral agency and can choose not to do immoral things like engage in cruel activity.

Yes, you gave no evidence that God does not exist and instead relied on ridicule and sarcasm. I would think a smart guy like you would have some credible evidence you rely on to base your position on. And it turns out that I do know what the Bible says. Sarah professes to be a Christian so I'll take her at her word.

lol circles don’t have curvature like a sphere does. The fact is that circles are flat. You’re arguing that a CD 💿 has a curve. Well congrats. That’s a fact. Please have some fucking integrity. And wow the something cannot come from nothing brainrot. It’s amazing to me that you think Ebola and hurricanes came from an “incredible mind”. Where did this incredible mind come from? You’re just kicking the bucket down the road. You haven’t explained shit. Arguments from incredulity make you lose all integrity. Please try to read a fucking book before you question my integrity.

Werner Heisenberg was a genius and a renowned physicist. Do you imagine that you're more intelligent than him? You're saying "Hebrews could have used the word dur for a ball/sphere. They didn't know it was round" What? That doesn't make sense? You're not answering my question. Why did they even have any concept of curvature at all? Do you know anything about physics and mathematics? The more you know, the more you realise our current "reality" could only have been created by an incredible mind. Something cannot come from nothing. Your atheistic belief requires far more faith than any "religion." Please try to answer all my questions without resorting to insults like 'dumb' and 'stupid' That behaviour only weakens your arguments. Debate with facts, not ad hominem. Please. Have some integrity.
