⛔ Hallowena cancelled amid predicted high winds + heavy rain ⛔ Council has cancelled the ‘Hallowena’ event at People’s Park, Ballymena. Thursday, 30 Oct, is due to bring gusts of wind of up to 56mph and persistent downpours. All tickets will be refunded. @MEAcouncilevent
