I'm very excited to announce the RoA 1 Grassroots League is back with Grassroots League: Geophytes! This rebirth will be a precursor to a full fledged circuit for Rivals 1 in 2027. GRL: Geophytes includes several R1 events that will award points towards a Heat Wave 9 voucher!

It could just be a mental thing but small breaks haven’t really helped as much as I hoped It always felt like I’m at the cusp of a breakthrough for so long and now I slipped really far down AAAAAA Okay enough screaming into the void I’ll find a way to bounce back

I feel like I got noticeably worse and its been very frustrating recently Ive been *almost* there to beating good players so many times that its starting to really get to me when I slip against other players im projected to beat Its been affecting me in every game hhhhhhhhh

So umm.. Yesterday with 2 days left in the year I decided to enter cashbox And ended up getting my best win just before 2025 ends Yeah it’s WiFi and Lumirank NA but a Lumirank win of any sort is huge for me 2026 is looking super promising now (Now I just need to do this offline)

These past couple of tourneys I feel like I’ve been cursed to do well but never win against very good Luigis Both of these were game 3 last stock 😭 Fingers crossed this isn’t a one time thing and I can actually beat one of these guys one day

Finished my runs at hitfall Ate sh*t and died in rivals 1 with no warmup 😭 But I got warmup with Jackie peanuts before rivals 2 & he gave me some advice Advice that 100% saved me in one of my sets & I managed to take a set Thank you Jackie peanuts :> Redemption brackets tomorrow

So… in about a week, I’ll be going to my first out of region event.. And it’s not for smash 😭 Rivals 1 has has had so much of a chokehold on me that I signed up for hitfall I’m excited (and very unprepared)
