Unpopular Opinion. Faculty development should be about developing what you’re already good at & leveraging your strengths. Never about force feeding things you’ll be ok at. Wasting time practicing mediocrity is not development, it’s stalling me from being BA in my expert areas.

@SamanthaPDavis My kids say things such as ... why do they ask that? Does it matter? They are who they are. Speaks volumes for peer acceptance. I think my kids feel profoundly surrounded and supported in the diversity their generation has to offer. It’s amazing and lovely to experience.
