Soul-bound tokens (SBTs) don’t have to be non-transferable or burn on transfer. If you can bind important features to the minting address, then it doesn’t matter who owns it.

If your art _is_ the feature, then this won’t work. But if you art _reflects_ this feature, it totally works. E.g. Imagine you had someone else’s drivers license card in your wallet. It’s still their drivers license, their info, etc. it’s just in your wallet.
