The Lebanese Government still does not consider itself at war and does not see any refugee issues happening, so we are the only ones who can help Lebanon collectively together. Naseroon has it's own group of volunteers but they also work with existing organizations that are effective by financing them and helping them too, they are building a network to make help the most effective as possible.
