@coachray573 @HelmetMissouri However, once again, it comes down to a college/city WANTING to host. If no one steps up then MSHSAA really doesn’t have a choice of where they will host.

@coachray573 @HelmetMissouri I would agree a rotation across the state would be ideal. Stay away from large D-1 stadiums, I think the smaller stadium that still holds thousands is a much better environment. There are enough college stadiums (4-5) across MO that would suffice and every region could host.

Looks like an absolutely packed house for Class 5 title game which I personally think is a huge advantage for playing at a site like MO Western over Mizzou or the Dome.

@coachray573 @HelmetMissouri It sounds like schools down South have some work to do to convince someone closer to host. Only one bid was put in so it’s really a non argument of where the championships would be held. No one else in the state of MO wanted to host.

@MEvans1982 @HelmetMissouri If Kennett, the most southern school in Missouri playing football would make it to state, it would be 7 hours. If Charleston, the most eastern school in the state made it to state, it’s a 6 hour drive. I think SEMO/Bootheel has the better argument right now

@brentwilson77 @mgphoto314 @HelmetMissouri St. Joe was the only bid to host. Right or wrong, MSHSAA doesn’t choose the best “site”. Regardless of where it’s held, someone is going to travel. St. Joe is easy access though. I-29 runs right through it and the fact the Chiefs training camp is here shows how easy the access is

@mgphoto314 @MEvans1982 @HelmetMissouri Oh it does on a yearly basis, personally think Springfield is just overall easier to get to than say Columbia or St. Joe. It would screw someone like Hannibal cause it’s a long trip but any trip for them or schools in that area of the world. Plenty of highway access inSpringfield

If you still believe Trump, how do you explain any of this? -Trump promised to keep America out of new foreign conflicts. He then launched numerous strikes into Yemen, bombed Iran, drastically increased operations in Somalia, and has said the strikes against boats off the coast of Venezuela may expand into attacks within the country. -Trump says he wants to stop drugs from coming into America, but he has pardoned several drug dealers. He is spending his time attacking suspected drug smuggling boats from a country that neither deals in fentanyl nor smuggles to the US. -Trump said he would end the war in Ukraine within 24 hours with a single phone call. Instead, he continues to drag out the war by refusing to fully support Ukraine, while trying to appease Putin in order to conduct business with Russia, such as mining the Arctic. -Business is why Trump wants to cause regime change in Venezuela, through force if necessary. He wants access to their oil reserves. It is another version of the Iraq wars. -Trump said DOGE would clean up waste, fraud, and abuse, saving America trillions and resulting in $5,000 checks sent to all of us. But DOGE turned out to be the fraud, costing America more than the small amount it managed to cut from the budget. -Trump said tariffs would make America rich to the point that we could get rid of income taxes, end the deficit, and still have money left to send everyone checks. The deficit was $1.8 trillion this year, and once again, the checks never arrived. -Trump also said other countries would pay the tariffs and that they wouldn't raise prices. Tariffs did raise prices, and Americans are the ones paying for them. That is why Trump is now reducing some tariffs to reduce the price hikes he caused. -Trump said he'd bring manufacturing back to the US, but instead, his trade war is causing tens of thousands of manufacturing jobs to disappear. -Trump claims to care about farmers, but his trade war caused a surge in farm bankruptcies. He can't claim that he didn't know that would happen, because he did the same thing during his first term with the same result. -Trump tells you prices are down when they are up. He says there are trillions in development deals that don't exist. He takes credit for peace deals other nations said he wasn't involved in, and even for conflicts that never happened. -Trump is making your life worse while he rakes in billions through crypto grifts and bribes from corporations and foreign nations. His entire administration is a pay-to-play scheme to enrich himself, his family, and his cronies. When this is all out in the open, when you can see how much his decisions hurt you to enrich himself, why do you continue to believe anything he says? Trump is a conman, and always has been.

The best thing about @MLB playoffs is it’s accessible. Throughout the season you have to subscribe to something or wait until weekend baseball on national broadcast. The playoffs…you get to watch it every night. The best part is I get to watch it with my boys. They love it!
