Acabo de radicar la demanda contra el Decreto a través del cual el Gobierno pretende apropiarse de $25 billones de los ahorradores que se trasladaron de régimen pensional y no han cumplido los requisitos para jubilarse. La Reforma Pensional dispuso que los Fondos de Pensiones deben seguir administrando esos recursos hasta que cada persona cumpla los requisitos para jubilarse. En ningún momento el Congreso contempló un giro automático de recursos a Colpensiones. Esto es un robo descarado al ahorro de los colombianos. Quieren tomar $25 billones en plenas elecciones. Por eso, también solicité al Consejo de Estado que suspenda con urgencia este Decreto. El dinero de los colombianos está en riesgo y puede terminar despilfarrándose durante elecciones.
