I asked ChatGPT why price of XRP has fallen, despite multiple positive announcements.. no 3 was the kicker, even it knows the price is manipulated, to SHAKE OUT RETAIL. Must read Prompt: There have been dozens of XRP pro announcements from FDIC. to case settlement, you name it, every single one a positive to XRP. Yet it's price fell from 2.50 to $2, now up slightly trading at 2.16 Give me an explanation as to why the price dumped instead of pumping majorly like we all anticipated? Yeah, this is one of those classic “Why didn’t the price reflect the news?” situations that frustrates a lot of people in crypto. Let’s break it down: 1. “Buy the rumor, sell the news” This is a big one in crypto and markets in general. Traders often price in good news before it actually happens. When the news drops, it’s seen as an opportunity to take profits—especially if the price already ran up in anticipation. So despite dozens of bullish announcements, if XRP ran beforehand, smart money might’ve already locked in gains. --- 2. Market-wide sentiment Even if XRP has good news, broader market conditions still rule. If Bitcoin is choppy, uncertain, or dipping—or if macro conditions (like interest rate fears, inflation, regulation talk) are shaky—then altcoins struggle to get traction. XRP can’t fully decouple from that. --- 3. Whale manipulation and liquidity games XRP has a long history of being one of the more manipulated tokens. Whales and institutions (even market makers) might push prices down intentionally to shake out retail before a bigger move. It’s not always logical—it’s often psychological warfare. --- 4. Lack of new retail money Even with good news, who’s left to buy? If it’s just existing holders and traders, there’s no new money to push the price higher. For a real pump, you need a flood of new interest, which isn’t always there unless the hype cycle is in full force (which it hasn’t quite been). --- 5. Lingering legal uncertainty & scars Yes, the SEC case largely went in Ripple’s favor, but that scar still lingers. Institutions are cautious, and some exchanges still have awkward policies around XRP. That drags sentiment. --- 6. Token supply dynamics Ripple still controls a huge stash of XRP. Monthly unlocks, OTC deals, and broader distribution strategies keep some downward pressure on price—even unintentionally. --- TL;DR: Even great news can’t break through if the market isn’t ready, big players are playing games, and there’s no new capital rushing in. It’s a long game—this may just be consolidation before a real breakout later in the year.

The Real Remi Relief 🙏✝️💪
⚠️ I HAVE A CRYPTO CONFESSION ⚠️ I lied when I said you guys will be XRP rich You beautiful people are about to be F’n WEALTHY 🤑 🙌💪 Michael Jordan is rich. The person that signs his checks is wealthy! More and More evidence is showing a $10,000 XRP will be here quicker than I anticipated. Stay tuned for info… Be sure to TAKE profits. Don’t make the same mistake I made in my first run. I rode my portfolio to $250K and rode it back down to $30K. However DO NOT sell your whole bag. From what I hear, you most likely WILL NOT be able to buy back in. Even if you hold 100 for long term, that’ll be good. Imagine having a 100 BTC or 100 ETH right now. 100 XRP x $10,000 = $1 Million 🤑 I told you guys the Torres decision and exact date. Told you guys about what cryptos will be in the reserve. Told you guys about XRP/FT Knox, HBAR/Aviation, Ripple/Fed/Treasury and everything else that’s in my time line. Too much to recall. So what’s my point? I said that to say this…a $10,000 XRP is programmed. In the words of Smokey “Remember it, write it down, take a picture, I don’t give a f**k!”

🚨NEW: The @SECGov has agreed to drop its appeal against @Ripple, pending approval by the Commission. But what does this mean for Ripple in relation to Judge Torres' August ruling? First of all, the Torres ruling still stands. While the SEC has agreed, in principle, to drop its appeal regarding the programmatic/secondary market sales, Ripple has not agreed to drop its own appeal challenging the $125M fine and the ongoing injunction that prevents it from selling $XRP to institutional investors without registering those sales as securities. Sources close to the case suggest that the ball is now in Ripple's court, as it is technically considered a plaintiff rather than a defendant. Ripple has the option to continue appealing the fine and injunction, or to drop it. Whether the SEC will engage in further negotiations surrounding the district court ruling remains to be seen. However, this is the aspect of the case we always knew would require a little more discussion and a little more nuance given the unprecedented circumstances both parties find themselves in amid this rapidly evolving regulatory landscape for digital assets. However, as far as the SEC is concerned and after more than four years of battling it out in court, the agency is no longer actively pursuing charges against Ripple (pending commission approval of the appeal withdrawal, which is expected.)

Obviously the question remains about the other part of the case but it’s clear current @SECGov believes $XRP passes the Etherium decentralized test as it’s trading today. Also for the @SECGov: How does I square the duo disclosure standard set by judge Torres
Brad Garlinghouse@bgarlinghouse

This is it – the moment we’ve been waiting for. The SEC will drop its appeal – a resounding victory for Ripple, for crypto, every way you look at it. The future is bright. Let's build.

$XRP keeps making headlines, and it has now flipped ETH in FDV. I can't help but think there has to be at least one XRP meme that runs to billions this cycle. I have full conviction that $PHNIX will be a major runner on the XRPL. Phoenix has a timeless narrative and is on a chain full of delusional bulls. Do you understand? @phnix_xrp

Anyone can submit proposals and comments to the SEC and within a short review time it's posted on the website. This is not a document authored by the SEC itself regarding a XRP Strategic Reserve.
