The road to recovery has begun for @ellaklaphake! After a successful surgery on Monday, she is already back in the gym with her Crimson Family. We all know you’ve got this, Ella, and we’ll be here supporting you every step of the way!

Construction update at the high school for our 9th-12th grade parents who will be picking up their daughter after lifting tomorrow. There is a road closure by the high school. See map below for alternate route. Red means the road is closed.

Tuesday we get back in the gym! All athletes going into 9th-12th grade will begin our lifting program after camp at the high school. If you need help with transportation from the middle school to the high school, please reach out to the coaching staff.

An incredible first week of camp! Over 80 filled the gym for Morning Mayhem at 7 AM, and our youth camp was absolutely unbelievable! A huge thank you to all of our players for your time, energy, and leadership throughout the week! Still more work to do! #CrimsonFamily

Seven years ago, I fell in love with the game of basketball. Since then, I’ve spent countless hours on and off the court, working on and playing the game I love. At State Prelims in early May, I suffered a knee injury. The original diagnosis was a hyperextended knee and a strained hamstring, but a couple days ago, I got the news after a follow-up and MRI that I tore my ACL and meniscus. Surgery is scheduled for mid-June, and I know there’s a long road ahead but my love for this game hasn’t changed. I’m fully committed to the work, the rehab, and the process to come back stronger than ever. Thank you to my coaches, trainers and teammates at @MNStars2029 @MinnesotaStars @MGGirlshoops @PureIntensityBB @MBTbball @pwfree23 , ETS in Rogers, and to my friends and family for the continued love, prayers, and support. It truly means the world. 🏀❤️
