Day 2 at #MGMAFinancial brought clarity and connection. We began the morning grounded with meditation led by Daniel Williams, creating space to reset before a full day of learning and discussion. From there, sessions dug into physician autonomy, AI in revenue cycle, payer leverage and profitability. Marcia L. Graham, Nate Moore, Jessica A. Minesinger, Juliana Stanley, and fellow industry leaders shared practical insights attendees can take back and put into action. Headshots were in steady rotation, the Solution Center stayed lively and discussions flowed from session rooms into hallways and over lunch. It was a full day of problem-solving, peer exchange, and forward momentum. We hope you are enjoying a well-earned, recharging evening before the final day.

Last night at #MGMAFinancial, the main stage came to life. After a welcome from acting CEO Akash Madiah, keynote speaker @SteveGutzler delivered “17% Moments,” exploring the brain science behind stress and the leadership moments that define us. Attendees left with practical tools to reset under pressure and lead with greater composure and influence. The energy carried into the Solution Center, where caricatures, a stilt performer, a henna artist, great food and drinks created the perfect backdrop for connection. Leaders mingled with vendors and peers, continuing the conversation well beyond the stage. Stay tuned to see what Day 2 brings, from breakout sessions to hallway moments.

This afternoon's #MGMAFinancial workshops were filled with practical insight and real conversation. In “Unlocking the Power of MGMA DataDive – From KPIs to Actionable Insights,” Liz Gurley, Mike Gracz and Jennifer Sanchez encouraged attendees to rethink the KPIs they track and turn data into decisions that truly move their practices forward. Next door, “Strategic Revenue Cycle Workplan Design for High-Impact Payer Engagement,” Shawntea Gordon, Kem Tolliver and Doral Jacobsen explored denials, payer friction and what it takes to build a revenue cycle strategy that delivers more predictable results. Leaders compared notes, shared what is working in their organizations and asked thoughtful questions about the challenges ahead. We look forward to seeing even more collaboration unfold over the next few days. 🤝
