@mintvelvet please explain… sign up when the product is back in stock - I sign up. I get an exciting email tell me ‘Shhhhh it’s back in stock’ … I click on, no product in my size. What is the point of this?

@BootsUK why is it so hard to order through your app? Painful. Says email is invalid when use guest checkout. Create an account, won’t let me access it or edit the details. Waste of time

Hey @Ryanair, my parents who are in their 70s and 80s, had accidentally downloaded the return flight boarding card instead of the outgoing ones and you charged them £110 to print them at the airport. £110 for 2 pieces of paper which took 1 minute. Shame on you

@zakwilliams You never, ever recover from losing a parent. You do learn to live with the fact. Your dad was loved by so many which must be both beautiful and frustrating. Beautiful that he gave so much, frustration in having to always share him. He was pure joy for us. ♥️

Do you know why I hate Tories so much? It’s coz my kids childhood is nothing like mine was. I had access to a GP the same day, my kids don’t. I had access to a Dentist, my kids don’t. I didn’t have to worry about food, my kids DO. I could go paddling, my kids can’t. You get me?
