@OpenJusticeCoP It doesn't give much information, but you can search for some further info about appeals using the case reference at casetracker.justice.gov.uk/search.jsp This is an appeal against an order made by Mr Justice Hayden on 25 August 2023. Can't find any judgment from that date on Bailii though.
