#1. There are many street lights which are not working atleast from a couple of months. Can these be repaired?

Something needs to be done to the menace of street dogs @MC_GWMC sir.
A mad dog ran towards my bike and I couldn't control. A sprain, a ligament tear plus some injuries.
I have seen teams running to catch them but it would be great if you can think of more solutions sir. Thanks
