I have a request. Trying to keep my mind off of things back in South Dakota. I’m thinking of changing my school avatar. Throughout my teaching career, students tell me I look like Al from Toy Story 2. Although my Juniors think I look more like Kevin James. Thoughts?

My World Studies students got to do some live role-playing today as we acted out a day in the life of Louis XIV. I wanted to set it up like a reality show, so I created this title card in the style of “Survivor”. I think it was more interesting than The Kardashians! 😉

Someone just opened the door to my hotel room. Luckily I had the bolt lock closed so they couldn't get in. Apparently they double-booked the room accidentally? Appears it was an honest mistake. Still. Always, always, always close the bolt lock when you're in a hotel.
