Week 5 no coffee. I’ve concluded this is the best and saddest thing I ever did. Realising rather than waking me up, my morning coffees just got me out of bed. Rather than giving me energy, my anxiety would spike. I can get the taste of a frothy coffee from a decaf oat latte :(

I’m learning Italian on Duolingo! It’s free, fun, and effective. Except, it ain’t coffee. Day 10 no coffee.

Day 9 no coffee. Serious weak moment feeling sleepy and wanted to say f*** it just have that cuppa tea. Needed Andy to say „no you’re not“ which really helped.

Day 8&9 no coffee. Mornings are kinda boring without indulging in that warm, comforting cup of caffeine fix.

I’ve fallen for the trap: watching #OneDayNetflix all in one day.

Day 7 no coffee. Could really do with one of those frothy oat lattes 🥺

Day 6 no coffee. First day of no headache but this could also be. Cause it’s the weeeeekend

Day 5 no coffee. When does the headache phase end 😂😅

Day 4. I had been drinking PG TIPS tea with milk as a coffee substitute, and was told it’s the equivalent of a caffeine hit. Feeling silly.

Day 3 of no coffee. Headache throughout the right side of my brain persists, I didn’t know I was this much of an addict

@AndrewTroy_ You went coffee free? What benefits have you felt from it?
