Still unable to sign IMM5669 Schedule A and declaration from the portal...#PRPortalissue

Hello @CitImmCanada, I tried to sign the declaration for IMM5669 online but I couldn't click the signature box. This is what I see when I try to sign. I've completed all the information needed so I think there might be some errors with the system. Could you please fix this?
