The Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is asking for the public’s help after a six-foot-long lake sturgeon was found dumped along a road in Muskegon County. Wildlife trouble has forced the closure of another campground this month on Isle Royale National Park. The Duncan Narrows Campground closure stems from increased wolf activity at the campsite after campers failed to store their food properly.
