Order marked delivered but not received. COD order via SHEIN handled by Delhivery (AWB ending 2031). I did NOT pay anything. Delivery agent didn’t contact me or pick my call. Still marked it delivered. Please investigate & resolve. @delhivery @DelhiveryFAQ @SHEIN_Official
