A 6’7” forward from Portland, Oregon, Miles joins the Engineers after an outstanding career at Lincoln High School. 🏀 Oregon League Player of the Year ⭐ First Team All State 🏆 First Team All League 🎓 Tied for First in His Graduating Class 👨‍✈️ Team Captain As a senior, Miles averaged 22.4 points and 8.0 rebounds per game after overcoming a shoulder injury that sidelined his junior season. His resilience, leadership, and work ethic helped him bounce back with the best season of his career. Off the court, Miles earned his International Baccalaureate Diploma while finishing tied for first in his graduating class, reflecting the same commitment to excellence in the classroom that he brings to the court. ⚙️ 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙩 From record-breaking shooter to healthcare innovator. Jamie Karraker ‘12 helped lead one of the greatest teams in program history. A Second Team Academic All-American, Jamie set the MIT single-season record with 111 three-pointers and played a key role in the Engineers’ historic run to the 2012 NCAA Division III Final Four. After graduating with degrees in Computer Science & Physics and earning his MEng in Computer Science, Jamie spent two years as a software engineer at Facebook before founding Alto Pharmacy in 2015. Serving as CTO, CEO, and later as a board member, he helped build Alto into the nation’s largest technology-enabled pharmacy, raising more than $650 million before the company was sold for $1.5 billion. He served as President of Mu Alpha Theta and the Chemistry Club while earning recognition as a Mountain Brook High School Honor Graduate, Presidential Scholar Nominee, AP Scholar, and member of the National Honor Society, National Beta Club, and National Latin Honor Society. MIT would then go on to beat Tufts 98-92 in OT. Tim Roberts had 23 & 13 on 8-11 from the field and Cameron Korb chipped in 22 points. #EngineeredToCompete | #DamTough

He helped lead Dublin High School to multiple postseason appearances, including an NCS Division I Runner-Up finish, while competing in one of California's premier high school basketball leagues. Aiden's impact extends well beyond the court. He is an AP Scholar with Distinction, a National Merit Commended Scholar, recipient of the Presidential Volunteer Service Award (Silver & Bronze), National Service Honor Award honoree, and served as his school's Leadership Athletics & Media Chair.
