What if the best decision isn’t about what you do — but about what everyone else is likely to do next? That’s the basic idea behind MIT OpenCourseWare’s new course, Economic Applications of Game Theory. This course explores how this idea shows up in economics, strategy, markets, and everyday decision-making. If you like big ideas that help explain real-world behavior, this is a fun one to check out: bit.ly/4v7WpS6 (Image by Csaba Fekete on Flickr. CC BY-NC-SA).

@r_mohan Thanks for calling that to our attention. Because this course is quite old and is actually not on OCW, we aren't able to provide additional materials. You can check out all the OCW courses at ocw.mit.edu

there are nearly 8k videos on MIT OCW’s youtube channel. thermodynamics. economics. algorithms. the structure of the universe and what not.. courses so deep that most people might never finish. and yet one of the most watched videos is about -- how to speak. the thing humans have been doing for hundreds of thousands of years. the very first skill. the oldest tool. something we began learning long before we had words itself. how poetic is that. for all the complexity we've built, humans still remain deeply interested in the very old problem -- how do we bridge the silent gap between two minds. to speak, so we are truly heard. and to listen, so we truly understand. @mitocw
