At Uber, I once walked past a 22 year-old designer making something beautiful on an Apple cinema display. Then I got in an Uber downstairs and the driver was a woman in her 60s who had jerry-rigged a magnifying glass to the her phone so she could see the UI in our driver app.

If you type more than a few sentences in iMessage on macOS, the input starts to become super laggy, and sometimes the insertion cursor will start jumping to random places. How is this possible on an M1 MBP?

I want to have a big library room in my house one day that includes thousands of physical artifacts to represent all the podcasts and YouTube videos I’ve consumed (I could listen to 45 podcasts on a single topic and I still feel like “it doesn’t count” and I’m kinda wasting my time.. whereas if I read one book I would feel good and accomplished. This is so stupid and I don’t agree with this intuition)
