As a man, You cannot lead a woman who is competing with you. You cannot protect a woman who is undermining you. Respect must exist before marriage. it CAN NOT be negotiated after.

Check this data out - Nigeria spent $1.5bn on milk import yearly - Nigeria has an average of 21m cattles - Nigeria produces 700,000 tonnes of milk annually - Uganda has an average 15m cattles - Uganda produces 4 billion litres of milk annually Meanwhile - Nigeria imports 60% of its milk demand - Nigeria spends $1.5bn dollars yearly on milk import This is where it gets interesting. Federal govt said let's work with state govts to provide lands and set up proper ranching where we can improve livestock production to increase our beef and milk production. This will create jobs for our youth & reduce importation. Nigerian youth Lailai, it is islamization of Nigeria, Fulani are land grabbers, let the Northern governors do that for their people, cattle production is a personal business let them sort themselves out, I don't want any Fulani in my community. My Point We keep complaining about what doesn't work but not ready to do anything about it. If govt creates a ranch with strict policy around herding, you invest, I invest & we produce milk & make money. Herding is not a cultural title, it is a skill title. Our ignorance is too loud for people that do not know what they talk about. You too check am - we have more cattle than Uganda but see the milk production difference. Good morning Lanre NaijaFarmer

People and overthinking this agency thing. Get 3-4 of your friends. Assign one graphic designer. Assign one video editor. Assign one social media manager. Assign another as operations/ads/tech etc you decide. Now you’re a team and each of them gets paid 250k each. Register an LLC and look clean as a US operation. Go out there and find foreign businesses and offer them full stack marketing services for $2k. Just try to reach out to legit businesses and put some work into it. Make it simple for yourself and stop overthinking like you’re about to do.

I could be wrong but there’s a certain fearlessness about then. You see it in how they speak, move and take up space. They operate with a quiet confidence that comes from having a safety net many can only dream of. That access, when paired with sense, is incredibly powerful👌🏽

I wonder what it’s like to come from a well-off family, where money’s never been a factor or anything.

i realized that a lot of adults are healing their inner child and that's one of the reasons why i don't make fun of people who have "childish" hobbies. Some people didn't get to have a childhood until they became adults.

I actually don't want to climb any corporate ladders. I don't care about job titles. I don't need accolades. I just want to have income to fund my lifestyle, not be depressed, help other people, and be around good humans.
