@MIsimeli I could be wrong, but under the Child Welfare Act it is mandatory to report it. If a professional knows or suspects a child is being harmed they have a LEGAL DUTY to report it to the Ministry of Social Welfare, under the same act FAILING to report it is a legal offence.
