I guess the counterpoint would be that blacks even when qualified have issues being treated equally in the workforce. Add in nepotism by the majority of people who control the workforce that’s double issue for the black community. So if as a black person if I’m in a position to open a door that would have closed to my child wouldn’t it be irresponsible not to do it?
