Any rag that scrapes up Diane Dimond for inclusion in their relentless MJ specials, without ever disclosing her many direct conflicts of interest—including how she was the negotiator of 5-figure tabloid payments to many "witnesses", immediately discredits their entire production.

@MJ_1_0_1 She was already working on her book in secret and shopping it around by Jan. 2004, more than a year before the trial even began. DD anticipated it being a #1 best seller based on MJ's conviction, where the title made more sense? After MJ's 14x acquittal, it sold ~5000 copies. 😆

@andjustice4some Whitney Houston nailed it in the 90s when she dubbed the term "media racism." The media ran "MJ is desperate to transform into a white woman" garbage for decades. Some even carried that passage as a synopsis while showcasing so-called doctors and physicians to further the myth.

The fact that people literally believed Michael bleached his entire body in order to become white has to be one of the dumbest lies told ever about him. The media helped pitch this lie, and people who didn't research believed it. Shameful.

Knowing of the forgery and deceit he used as part of securing the Diana interview, it should come as no surprise. And he used Diana's to build trust from MJ's perspective.

@delamarregab Dimond & Palanker co-hosted a podcast after the trial, with Zonen (who married state witness Palanker) frequenting to tell blatant lies about the trial and MJ. All while he was still employed as a prosecutor and entirely ignoring that MJ was 14x exonerated. Extremely unethical.

It is what triggered Sneddon's "open investigation" PR seeking tips and victims. This is as dumb as Dan claiming LN didn't make "direct allegations" against Brett/Mac so it's a non-issue. 🙄

It is always in their full right to detail the very public criminal probe that found nothing of substance, 400+ interviews, two grand juries, no charges. I think Garcetti's Sept. 94 announcement of no charges "MJ is as innocent as anyone in this room" would be impactful.

The settlement SPECIFICALLY said that this “in no way stops the accuser from filing CRIMINAL charges. Evan Chandler NEVER wanted a Criminal trial. Michael did.

@SusieJohn3311 We would had learned plenty more about that had she not been effectively saved by Sneddon, as part of being recused from the VG lawsuit. Privately she told others she knew his claims were "bullshit" then still spread them to the media the next day, calling him a trusted source.

Like James declaring in 2019 during his LN media tour that MJ filmed the acts of abuse (but "quickly erased" them of course 🙄) when he never made such claims in any court filing at all.

It didn't take long after the disaster of the Cascio tabloid TV performances for some media rags to start phase 2 of their agenda. Where they acknowledge the claims are likely false and "difficult to believe" but only do so to try to bolster the others as if any more credible. 🤡

Now adding in the Cascios, I am seeing more skepticism from the general public toward MJ's allegations than ever before.

Wade tried to "keep up with the Safechucks" in exaggerated claims, to where he was eventually also claiming 100s of times of abuse even while admitting, including in LN, to barely seeing MJ ever in '90s.

None of these authors like to emphasize how MJ was one of the most criminally investigated individuals in California history. Millions spent by multiple counties between 1993 and 2005, world travels to find evidence or victims, three grand juries and an exhaustive criminal trial.

@JohnMaxPayne100 Yes, Frank was the only Cascio named co-conspirator (alongside Konitzer, Wiesner, Amen). All Cascios were on the defense's proposed witness list, but calling them would had muddied this situation unnecessarily and the porn/alcohol claims were effectively dismantled by others.
