Prepping for shoulder surgery in a few hours to fix a torn bicep tendon. The operation should only take about an hour, but recovery will be six months. Any good thoughts/prayers appreciated. Thanks!

@MJMCoomber I had shoulder surgery a couple of years ago. I understand and will remember you in prayer during your recovery. The surgery and physio were life changing in the best way possible. A bossy physiotherapist is a gift!!
