It is a privilege to be here in Colombia teaching a course on civilian-military cooperation in the context of humanitarian assistance and disaster response to professional officers from 18 countries.

When in Colombia it is incredible to hike up to see Lake Guatavita (El Dorado) - at over 10,000 feet, the views are spectacular!

For me today is one of loss, remembrance, and gratitude. We built a life and family together. You are loved and missed. I know you are as immensely proud of our kids as I am-seeing what they are accomplishing. The photo is a perfect moment shared and I am grateful for having it.
