Other students that competed were Reese Burrow, Suzanna Jeansome, Katrina Stillwell, Alexa Austin, and Natalie McMennamy. They have worked hard all year and webare extremely proud of their accomplishments!

Forney High School's AP Art students fared well in an art competition hosted by Midwestern State University. Two of them will receive cash prizes and be invited to attend a summer workshop hosted by the Fain Fine Arts Dept. Congratulations to Katherine Spiller and Jessie Wilson!

Congrats to Board Member Corey Graves on his 2023 CMA Music Teacher of Excellence Award! Corey was one of just 30 teachers across the country to receive this award. He was also selected as Forney Independent School District's Secondary Teacher of the Year. Well done, Corey!
