Science didn’t collapse. It was hijacked. And the consequences are showing.
We see headlines that contradict decades of peer-reviewed evidence.
We watch public debates where credentials are optional - but outrage is mandatory.
We witness decisions made by panels where few members have ever run an assay, written a protocol, or reviewed raw data.
In agriculture, biotech, medicine, and chemistry, this gap between real science and public narrative is growing dangerously wide.
🧪 The people who actually do the science - who understand dose-response curves, biological pathways, or the rigor of toxicology thresholds - are often sidelined.
📢 Meanwhile, the microphone is handed to communicators who trade complexity for clicks.
Or policymakers pressured by emotion, not evidence.
🎯 It’s time we reframe the discussion:
→ Experts aren’t biased just because they understand the data.
→ Uncertainty doesn’t mean “we know nothing” - it means science is working.
→ Risk ≠ hazard. Exposure matters.
Real scientists shouldn’t be on defense. They should be at the table.
Let’s build trust by explaining not just what the science says - but how we know it, and why it matters.
Because without that, we lose more than debates.
We lose progress.
