Alhamdulillah, our #MuslimYouth from the Midwest Region got together on May 3rd-4th to participate in this year’s Regional Ijtema, with an overall attendance of over 300 members. #Ijtema2024

Even today, such people sometimes come to us seeking help, and when we say we cannot do it, they insist, “You can do everything,” as if we are being untruthful. Day 05 Update (cont.) – Khuddam visited Fazal Mosque—the first purpose-built mosque in London (1924) 🕌. They had a session with Imam Ataul Mujeeb Rashed Sahib and were later hosted with snacks by the Ziafat team. A day full of history & brotherhood! Alhamdulillah. #MuslimYouth

Day 05 Update – A jam-packed day! Khuddam visited the Jama’at Offices and had a session with Naseer Qamar Sahib, who graciously gave a tour of departments including Waqf-e-Nau, IT, Al-Hakam and more. A truly inspiring glimpse into the work of the Jama’at. #MuslimYouthUSA

Day 04 Update – Khuddam had various sittings with senior members of the Jama’at. One special session was with Major Sahib of Hifazat-e-Khaas, who shared inspiring incidents of Khilafat and the department’s service. Alhamdulillah for these faith-strengthening experiences! ✨

Day 03 Update: By the grace of Allah, Khuddam had the blessed opportunity to offer Jumu’ah behind Hazrat Khalifatul Masih V (aba) in Mubarak Mosque, Islamabad. After prayers, they had a session with Abdul Quddus Arif Sahib, Sadr Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya UK. Alhamdulillah!

Day 02 Update – The group visited Baitul Futuh, the largest mosque in Europe 🕌, had sittings with Imam Bajwa Sahib & Maulana Muniruddin Sahib, and also met Maulana Majid Sahib (Add. Wakeel). They toured MTA International & MTA News studios in Islamabad, UK. Alhamdulillah!

"Materialism has caused people to neglect their faith." In an address for the women's session of #JalsaGermany – the largest regular Muslim gathering in Europe – His Holiness Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad spoke about the perils of modern-day materialism and the need to return to the values of faith and spirituality to save marital relationships and protect future generations from immorality.

In his Friday Sermon today, His Holiness Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad said: Pray for the Palestinians. The cruelty and bloodshed perpetrated by the Israeli government have reached their extremes. It seems as though they seek to wipe all Palestinians off the face of the earth. Oppression against children, women, the elderly, the sick and the innocent has reached extremes. There is mass killing everywhere. Now, even some governments and worldly politicians have started to speak up a little, that this is wrong and should be stopped. However, the Israeli government is not prepared to listen to them. The intoxication of power and wealth has caused them, America and their allies, to reach the extremes of arrogance and cruelty. Muslim nations are taking no action. If they cannot do anything, then at least they should reform themselves and turn to God so that He may come to their aid. If only they had some sense. Similarly, Muslims are oppressing one another. May Allah stop them from these injustices. All Ahmadi Muslims should speak out against such injustices wherever they can, and should particularly offer heartfelt prayers for this.
