#ThrowbackThursday - 2016/2017 ⏳Time away from football - Part 2 ⌛️ After being rejected to join the police force I was questioning my next move. I knew deep down I wasn't ready to give up on football.

My friends and family tried to be there for me, but they couldn't really relate to what I was going through. It felt like a really lonely time, but I knew I couldn't just give up on football like that. It was such a huge part of my life.

I'm not saying the support wasn't or isn't out there for young players. But if you can't find it and it's not readily accessible when you desperately need it, then it may as well not exist.
