@sbrownehr I got to help conduct some people analytics research once that showed a large company that consistent 1:1 check-ins between new hires and their managers resulted in 1.45 times higher likelihood that the new hire would stay at least one year. It totally matters! #hrsocialhour

A6: One last rant on this topic. Flexibility didn't damage, alter 1:1's. Chances are they were sporadic in the past. Teach your people managers to be intentional and that their people matter. If they choose not to do that, don't let them lead others. #HRSocialHour
