honestly, it’s kind of wild how reluctant people are to acknowledge zuko as a disabled character when it’s literally right there. one of his ears is visibly smaller because of the burn, and he can’t even fully open his left eye. It feels pretty obvious.

And I don't mean this in a "get over it" way, This is a "Let's see Aang be grimmer! Freshen it up!" stance. Let him slouch into this town like:
"Great. Another sacred place desecrated...well, at least they're putting it to good use!" *sees garbage dump* "I hate this."

Another issue I have with the comics is that I never feel like they nail Aang's tone.
We covered his shock and anger in the Northern Air Temple. I know you don't "just get over it", but after a year or two of wandering in the new world, Aang's going to become more jaded.

Is it just me, or did they seriously nerf Aang especially his Avatar State?
Korra was literally being poisoned with mercury and still launching massive chunks of earth at Zaheer, but Aang looked like he was about to pass out just from bending a tower. Yeah, it was big,but that shouldn’t be that exhausting for someone at his level.
And it’s not even just that moment
there are several other times where he just feels… underpowered.

@SiezerW Definitely nerfed. In the series he could fly with tornados while in the avatar state. In the movie he only was capable of that at the last scene and thanks to the airbenders spirit staff
