सत्यशोधक चळवळ आणि स्वातंत्र्यसंग्रामात योगदान देणारे माझे आजोबा सत्यशोधक उत्तमराव पाटील यांचा आज स्मृतिदिन. सर्वांना 'भाऊ' म्हणून परिचित असलेले आजोबा आपल्या विचारांशी, तत्त्वांशी आणि शब्दाशी अखेरपर्यंत प्रामाणिक राहिले. व्यावहारिक जगाच्या मोजपट्टीवर मोजलं तर कदाचित पद, पैसा आणि संपत्ती त्यांनी मिळवली नसेल; पण प्रामाणिकपणा, नैतिक मूल्यं आणि माणुसकीची जी अमूल्य शिदोरी त्यांनी कमावली, ती कोणत्याही संपत्तीपेक्षा मोठी आहे. आज त्यांच्या स्मृतिदिनी मन भरून येतं... अनेकदा वाटतं, आजोबा तुम्ही अजून काही काळ आमच्यासोबत असायला हवे होतात. तुमचं मार्गदर्शन, तुमचा सहवास आणि तुमची उणीव कायम जाणवत राहील. भावपूर्ण श्रद्धांजली ! 🙏 #MissYouAajoba #आजोबा_आणि_आठवणी #RememberingUttamraoPatil #भाऊ

History will remembered him for his breakfast scheme in school. Several policy which benefited nation came from T.N. Breakfast was always considered be upper class/caste . Most of lower section knows only two time meal. He made it part of everyone. Waiting for national policy.

We don't know what will happen, But this message is very strong about VCK and her leadership. When people sits in Noida and makes comment on VCK , it's very unfair.

What does it mean "so called social justice". One might have differences, but calling VCK is "so called" is completely unfair. They're real social justice warrior.

NOTE: So VCK’s Thirumavalavan was to announce his decision whether to support Vijay or not last evening. Then it became this morning 10 am, 12 noon, now pushed to 4 pm. When a 2 MLA so-called ‘social justice’ party can’t take a decision, then you know the pressures and bargaining behind the scenes. Mandate was surely not for this. Any guesses who is the puppeteer? Sordid demo-cash-crazy TN style!🙏😡

बहुत दिलचस्प और रहस्यमय; सिने-स्टार से TVK लीडर और अब तमिलनाडु के CM बनने जा रहे Joseph Vijay को हिंदी-क्षेत्र के कुछ दलित-युवा 'अम्बेडकरवादी' बताने लगे हैं! फिल्मी जीवन में या हाल के अपने चुनाव-प्रचार में विजय ने ऐसा कभी संकेत नहीं दिया! फिर इस 'उपाधि' की उत्पत्ति कहां से हुई?

Today is the birth anniversary of Sir Pitti Thyagararayar. A stalwart and co founder of the justice party which was the precursor of the current DMK. Initially started as south indian liberal federation which was later colloquially termed as justice party. He was the first elected mayor of Madras corporation. Under his leadership he initiated the mid day meal scheme which was later expanded to whole of Madras state by Kamarajar. Thyagararayar Nagar was named after him. He was a well known philanthropist and donated most of his wealth for education of the oppressed communities. A proponent of affirmative action and implemented communal G.O through his influence over the first elected presidential elections in the Madras state. Let us remember him for his contributions to the tamil race!

कॉ. गोविंद पानसरे यांनी लिहिलेले 'शिवाजी कोण होता?' हे पुस्तक हे 'कुलवाडी भूषण, बहुजन प्रतिपालक, क्रांतीवीर छत्रपती' ही शिवाजी महाराजांची खरी प्रतिमा लोकांना समजू नये, असे आरएसएसला वाटते.  आरएसएस छावणीतील हिंदुत्ववाद्यांनी स्वतःच्या सोयीची छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराजांची प्रतिमा लोकांसमोर मांडण्याचे षडयंत्र रचले होते, ते षडयंत्र उद्ध्वस्त करण्याचे काम 'शिवाजी कोण होता?' या पुस्तकाने केले आहे. “शिवाजी कोण होता?” या पुस्तकाच्या सामूहिक वाचनाची चर्चा आयोजित करावी, असे आवाहन वंचित बहुजन आघाडीच्या सर्व जिल्हा, तालुका आणि महानगर समित्यांना करण्यात येत आहे.

@MKuduple फुले आणि बाबासाहेब यांच्या दोघांतील मधल्या पोकळीत जातवास्तवावर त्यांनी काम केल या अर्थाने. नक्कीच त्यांच्या अनेक कृतींबद्दल वाईटही वाटते पण मराठ्यांनी जातिभेद तोडण्यासाठी पुढे यावे यासाठी प्रयत्न केले पण त्यानंतर मराठ्यांत तसे विशेष प्रयत्नच नाहीत
