Happy to call if you'd like. I think we even cover 🛫🛬, but I'd have to check with the research office.

We treated it. Pt's disease has recurred (v. young, tough meds), but only c tiny stones, and not in the same calyx.

@mborofsk @jon_ellison @GregoryTasian @weddellite 1/2 So glad you shared this case. Here's a similar U/S from a child's initial presentation with cystinuria. We cleared the pelvic stone with a U/S-guided micro-PCNL, and the upper pole stone was, as it appears, sub-epithelial. Isn't ultrasound resolution amazing these days?

Pyeloplasty sure, but here used for mitrofs, partials, for small spaces like the bladder neck... those+others just way less common than pyeloplasty. Also, HiDES is neat #pedurojc
