2/ I used a paper fastener to pin the poster and wheel together, but a pin should work if your poster is on a pin board (which wasn’t the case for me). Print it in A4 before printing it for the conference, have a back-up plan in case something goes wrong! I hope this helps 😊

1/ I used Microsoft PowerPoint to design my poster. I cut out a square in my main poster (image 1) and created a rotating disc in a second file (image 2). I marked the spot to pin the posters with a cross, then cut space on the right of the main poster to turn the wheel.
