@trainermario6 In addition, TAO are staked via Yuma through the custodian, BitGo Europe GmbH.

The issuer employs an "in-kind" creation and redemption mechanism, this is a much more operationally efficient creation/redemption mechanism than cash. Flow Traders B.V. is market maker on SIX, APs are Flow Traders and Virtu Financial Ireland Ltd. Premiums/discounts can arise due to various circumstances but are mostly driven by the liquidity of the instrument $STAO itself. Over time, the variance of premiums/discounts should decrease when the product gathers more AuM and has increased trading volume on SIX.

Premium/discount question: what’s the creation/redemption mechanism and who are the APs/market makers on SIX? This would help investors understand why $STAO can trade at small premium/discount to NAV

@trainermario6 We currently do not have PoR but intend to publish the relevant addresses (where TAO are held) on the issuer's website soon, ping @DDA_GmbH .

Custody / verification: you mention regulated custody + cold storage. Is there a public proof-of-reserves / attestation (custodian statement, auditor, frequency)? If yes: where is it published?

Currently, there is no direct way of tracking the staking rewards included in the NAV. In principle, NAV per note would (without staking) be CE * Notes outstanding * TAO/USD. In reality however, the TAO per note increases due to the staking rewards thereby increasing the NAV per note. The difference of the two (the first "theoretical" NAV) and the "real" NAV is attributed to staking (less 1.49% p.a. TER). Staking yields are compounded in the NAV and accrued daily/upon payout. There are no operational costs associated with staking. Native staking generally does not carry slashing risks as the TAO never leaves custody.

On the “staked” part: how can investors track staking rewards included in NAV? Gross staking yield vs net yield (after fees) How often are rewards claimed/compounded into NAV? Any operational costs/slashing risk treatment?
