Lowest BP you’ve seen with a patient that’s AOx4 and completely asymptomatic? I’ll go first, 51/33. Continued to stay in the 50s systolic and asymptomatic over several hours. Chronic diseases (such as CHF/ESRD in this case) can drastically change physiological norms but 🤯
