We do need public conversation about what comes next with COVID. But it should ask what our target control levels are, not how soon we can abandon all precautions. And the conversation MUST center people of color, people with disabilities, low-income, & other vulnerable groups.

Having an horrible day after a shockingly bad performance review. Trying to prevent myself from submitting my resignation and quitting. Any encouragement on how I don't completely suck would be appreciated.

Talking about suicide is scary. I get it. People fear what they don’t understand. Understanding starts by talking about the issue, rather than avoiding it, supporting those that are hurting, and advocating for mental health awareness within our communities. #StopSuicide
